A 38-year-old Castro Valley man fatally shot Nov. 20 by one other man police mentioned he was attacking with a baseball bat inside a Dublin condo was recognized Tuesday as Kenneth Krainski.
Police mentioned after the incident that they have been investigating the taking pictures as self-defense. Investigators have been getting ready this week to current the case to the Alameda County District Legal professional’s Workplace, which can decide whether or not to file prices.
