NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — A Nampa man has been cleared of any expenses because the prosecutors decide he acted in self-defense.
Ryan Fleming shot and killed Kevin Villalobos on September 29, 2024, after Villalobos confirmed up at his house intoxicated and uninvited and commenced attacking Fleming. The Canyon County Prosecutor’s Workplace stories that the proof on this case reveals that Mr. Villalobos aggressively approached the doorway of Mr. Fleming’s house and commenced bodily attacking him. Mr. Fleming „exercised his authorized proper to self-defense and used obligatory power to guard himself and his house.“
Canyon County Prosecuting Legal professional Christopher Boyd issued the next assertion: „This was an unlucky and tragic occasion that resulted within the lack of a life, and I prolong my sympathies to the household of Mr. Villalobos as they grieve. Nevertheless, below Idaho legislation, people have an unequivocal proper to defend themselves, their households, and their houses from violent assaults.
