Deputies responded to a number of experiences of gunshots at about 6:20 a.m. close to 12100 Mountain Daisy. After they arrived on the neighborhood, deputies say the sufferer, Joseph Wiltz, had suffered a gunshot wound they usually supplied lifesaving measures.
Wiltz was transported to a hospital and pronounced lifeless.
After investigating, officers revealed that Wiltz got here to his ex-girlfriend’s home and started assaulting her, stemming from home violence.
Official say that the girl’s son, 27-year-old Javon Small, stepped outdoors of the house and noticed Wiltz attempting to get his mom out of her automobile. Small shot the suspect when he fell off the automobile and started approaching him.
The complete case was introduced to the Harris County District Lawyer’s Workplace, who declined to file any fees within the case. The case will likely be introduced to a grand jury for evaluation.
The case is listed as a justifiable murder.
