PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Police are investigating after a would-be robber was shot and killed Wednesday in North Philadelphia.

Officers say a male suspect pulled a gun and tried to rob the shop on the 1400 block of Grasp Avenue round 12:30 p.m.

That is when a buyer, who has a license to hold, reportedly shot the suspect twice within the stomach. The suspect died from his accidents on the hospital.
